Our beers are judged on what matters most: what’s in the glass. Independent recognition from respected competitions reflects not ambition or scale, but consistency, balance and intent. From fresh, modern releases to barrel-aged beer shaped by fermentation and time, each beer is assessed on its own terms by experienced, impartial judges. For us, awards are not a target, but a by-product of careful brewing and long-term thinking. They offer reassurance to those discovering our beers for the first time, and affirmation that an independent brewery from Northern Ireland can stand confidently alongside peers further afield — not through noise or novelty, but through clarity, restraint and quality.

Inside our brewery, every decision starts with fermentation. We are a fermentation-led brewery, focused on how yeast, time and environment shape flavour long before packaging is
considered. From stainless to foeders and barrels, each piece of equipment is chosen to serve
the beer, not to chase speed or volume. Some beers are brewed to be enjoyed fresh, others are guided slowly through extended ageing, allowing character and balance to emerge naturally. As an independent brewery, we work without rigid timelines, giving beers the space they need to develop properly. This approach defines how we make craft beer in Northern Ireland — with patience, judgement and respect for the process, rather than shortcuts or trends.
